The Granite State Gets a Visit from Two GOP Presidential Contenders Tuesday

He’s only been in the race for a few days, but Texas Gov. Rick Perry has already taken the lead in the GOP presidential bid. A new Rasmussen poll of 1,000 likely Republican voters shows Perry with 29 percent of the vote. Former Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, once the front runner, now sits 11 points behind Gov. Perry. U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann scored just 13 percent of the vote. The Granite State will get a visit from both Perry and Romney today. We couldn’t find Romney’s public schedule on his website, but Perry has his posted clearly on his site.
